THE SUBMISSION OF PRICING, CAPABILITIES FOR PLANNING PUPOSES, AND OTHER MARKET INFORMATION IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AND ALLOWED UNDER THIS RFI IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) FAR 15.201(e). All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. IAW FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research only to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of Small Business Capability, including Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB/VOSB) interested and capable of performing the work. 3. The NAICS for this requirement is NACIS 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide Onsite Technical Specialist for Stryker Endoscope and Communication Equipment for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS). The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools and supervision, and equipment necessary to complete the requirements. The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System is located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. (1) Onsite Technical Specialist shall be available to perform required services at VALLHS during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, not to exceed forty (40) hours per week. (2) Onsite Technical Specialist shall be trained and certified by Stryker on servicing the Stryker Endoscopy and Communication Equipment. (3) Onsite Technical Specialist s service shall include but not limited to the followings: Inspect Stryker equipment in operating rooms daily Provide support by setting up the Stryker surgical and communication equipment for minimal invasive surgeries Properly set up and manage integrated suite software Provide immediate troubleshooting on Stryker surgical and communication equipment Inspect cameras and scopes Removing Stryker surgical and communication equipment from operation room and properly store 5. Further SDVOSB/VOSB contractors are asked to respond that they are capable of providing the requested services keeping within the parameters of this clause. (b) Small businesses, including SDVOSB/VOSBS are also advised that per 13 CFR, § 125.6 the prime contractor's limitations on subcontracting are as follows: (1) General.
