- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:IN City:Indianapolis Delineated Area: North: 86th St South: 62nd St East: Georgetown Rd West: I-465 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):51,641 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):51,641 Space Type:Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total):0 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:5 Firm Term:3 Option Term:N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Indianapolis, IN, that will be expiring. The Government intends to exercise an existing renewal option, but will consider alternative space if deemed economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of interest from this advertisement must include: 1. Building name/address 2. Location of space in the building and date it will be available 3. CAD drawing of space offered - showing columns, stairwells, restrooms, windows, paths of egress and any other architectural features of the space 4. Amount of ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (ABOA SF) offered 5. Amount of Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered 6. Offered rate per RSF 7.
