- W912CN-18-Q-0011 Yellow Ribbon Program Statement of Work (SOW) Yellow Ribbon Program Post Deployment Phase 962nd MA, Oahu 1. Service Description: Yellow Ribbon Program (YRP) a. CONFERENCE ROOMS. Contractor must provide the following to accommodate the Yellow Ribbon Training, conference rooms will be guaranteed to be available for use until all programmed activities have concluded. - One Day event will consist of the following: - Breakfast and Lunch followed by presentations, vendor displays on 18 NOV 2017. - One conference room to accommodate 170 people (0700-1630) on 18 NOV 2017 The setting must provide and environment conducive to learning. The Conference room must have a clear view to the front with no obstruction of pillars that could interfere with the presentation or block of instruction. - Round tables of 8 crescent style to accommodate attendees - Two rectangular tables and four chairs at entrance of room for registration - One conference room/area to accommodate 10, 6' tables for vendor displays (0800- 1630) - One private room/area for private conversations between chaplain/counselor an Soldiers/Family Members - 2 cribs, 10 Pillows, 10 Sheets or blankets for Toddlers and school age Children b. EQUIPMENT. Contractor must provide the following equipment and services to accommodate the Yellow Ribbon Program training for each day of scheduled training. Equipment must be guaranteed available for use until all programmed activities have concluded. Equipment requirements for one (1) open conference room include: - One (1) Projector and Projector screen for one conference room - One (1) Podium for one conference room - One (1) PA system, and one wireless lapel microphone for main conference room - One (1) Paper Flip-chart for conference room - One (1) small table for conference room to hold laptop computer projector - Ten (10), 6" foot tables for vendors with two chairs each c. LODGING ROOMS. Contractor must provide rooms for off-island participants/presenters. - Forty (40) rooms for overnight lodging starting Friday, 17 NOV 2017 to depart 19 Sunday 2017 - 50% of rooms will be given an early check in NLT lO:OOam on Friday 17 NOV 2017 and late checkout NLT 2:00pm on the Sunday, 19 NOV 2017 d. PARKING. Contractor must include prepaid parking within the contract, number of vehicles 90 per day. e. MEALS, BEVERAGE AND SNACKS. Contractor must provide meals and snacks in the form of buffets for 18 NOV 2017. (All inclusive) Pricing must include tax and gratuity. Meal Schedule: - Saturday, 18 NOV 2017 - Breakfast buffet for 200 YRP adult participants, leaders an staff, and 45 children - Lunch buffet for 200 YRP adult participants, leaders and staff, and 45 children - Beverage service in conference rooms replenished as needed (coffee, water and tea) - Adult and Children snack a.m. break (1) for the morning - Adult and Children snack p.m. break (1) for the afternoon
