There are no substitutes available for this material. Restricted to the following source or brand name. Provide original manufacturer's name. Describe in detail why only this suggested source can furnish the requirements to the exclusion of other sources. Faro has proprietary rights for its laser equipment as well as their CAM2 software used with the instrument. Per NAVSEA 04 requirements, contracting laboratory must have an ISO/IEC 17025-2005 certificate of accreditation and meet the scope of competency for the equipment that they are calibrating. Faro is an ISO/IEC 17025-2005 accredited lab authorized to perform calibration for NAVSEA. _X_ The requested material or service represents the minimum requirements of the government CHECK & FILL IN ALL APPLICABLE BLANKS BELOW __ The material/service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed.
