Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, requires a contractor to perform a life safety assessment survey of all of campus buildings, update all Life Safety drawings, document deficiencies, identify appropriate occupancy classifications, and recommend corrective actions per the latest Life Safety Code (NFPA 101). Solicitation Number 36C25018Q0066 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541310 (size standard $7.5 Million). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective January 13, 2017. Quotations shall be received on or before the date and time specified in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Offerors shall submit their quotations through email.
