- Request for Quote This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. 693JJ318Q000002, being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for Developing Guidelines for Cracking Assessment for Use in Vendor Selection Process for Pavement Crack Data Collection/Analysis Systems and/or Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This OPEN-MARKET solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. This solicitation is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690 with an industry size standard of $15.0 million. A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
