- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Please read this entire notice carefully. W9124C-18-T-0001 USAG Fort Jackson, Army Training Center (ATC) at Fort Jackson is seeking a Non-personal services contract to provide Child care services and facilities to support the Cadre Resiliency Program. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. Please note that this solicitation is issued with the understanding that funding is not currently available and the solicitation is subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clause, 52.232-15 "Availability of Funds". The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 624110 and the size standard is $15 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The contracting office at Fort Jackson intends to issue this solicitation under full and open competition after a total set aside 100% small business concerns. The solicitation is available with this notice on Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All responsible sources may submit a proposal upon release of the solicitation. Due date for the proposal is 3 November 2017, 11:00AM EST. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and email your proposal in. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Child Care for Cadre Resiliency Program with Option Years as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Background: Provide Child Care for the Cadre Resiliency Program which is designed to enhance the professional, spiritual, and personal wellness of Fort Jackson cadre and their Families. It is meant to give Cadre the tools to be successful during their time on Fort Jackson and to be a time of rest, reflection, and growth after the first year and second year (for extended tour cadre) on the trail. If this contract goes unfunded The Army Training Center and Fort Jackson will lose the capability to provide child care which will greatly impact the Family participation in the program and will limit the number of spouses who can attend the resiliency training with their Drill Sergeant and AIT Platoon Sergeant. The estimated period of performance is one (1) base year of twelve (12) months and two (2) 12-month option years. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Contract Interested parties are requested to contact the Contract Specialist listed below via email. Phone calls are strongly discouraged.
