- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210. The Clement J Zablocki VA Medical Center located in Milwaukee, WI has a need for brand name only upgrade to RadCalc dose monitoring software. The Radiation Oncology department needs an upgrade package to the current RadCalc dose monitoring software. This program is used for quality control item that calculated the treatment time and monitors dosimetric units independently from the treatment planning computer. The software also provides valuable pre-and post-treatment comparison tools to ensure the department is providing the safest and optimal care. Vendor to provide: RadCalc Upgrade Region of Interest (ROI) Module. 1 year Maintenance Plan. Specifications/salient characteristics: RadCalc Upgrade: Provide upgrade to newest Version of RadCalc software (Version 6.3.3) Provide technical specifications of minimal requirements for workstation Characteristics and capabilities of the planning system: System bust had FDA 510(K) clearance to perform independent dosimetric verification calculations Provide independent dosimetric certification calculations IMRT Module Dose point calculations Include Elekta Support VMAT Compensator based IMRT MapCheck Support Provide comparison reports for differentiation reports, physic reports, comparison schemes, and passes/ differences report. IMRT Treatment plan support Automated importing of physics data 3D off-axis calculations for wedged & non-wedged fields Beams Eye View Display Region of Interest Module System must be able to import regions of interest and calculate depths and equivalent paths Provide additional accuracy for VMAT calculations outside of Treatment Planning System Monaco Support Maintenance Plan Includes free software upgrades/updates Unlimited phone support All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 511210 and the small business size standard is $38.5 million.
