Description
The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 Aircraft), is soliciting information from industry to determine potential contractors who may have the skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge required to successfully provide logistics product data and publications in support of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) ECP-MDC-F/A-18-00636 which creates a new spare configuration Outer Wing Panel (OWP) and Inner Wing Panel (IWP). A significant number of part/dash numbers are impacted in this new spare assembly requiring updated Logistics efforts. The new OWP and IWP spare configurations are being developed by Boeing under Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract SPRPA1-14-D-002U. The contractor shall be able to complete the integrated logistics support and updates to the integrated electronic technical manuals (IETMS) within the required timeframe of July 2018. The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining, from The Boeing Company, all manufacturing drawings and proprietary specification data necessary to complete the effort. Any interested party that feels it can satisfy this requirement must provide in writing a capabilities statement of no more than 2 pages in length that demonstrates the respondent's experience and ability to meet the requirements as specified herein including the delivery schedule requirements. All data received in response to this sources sought, marked or designated as proprietary, will be fully protected from release outside the Government. All responses shall be submitted no later than 08 November 2017. Responses shall be submitted electronically to the designated Contract Specialist, Virginia Perry-Aldridge, in Microsoft Word format or Portable Document Format (PDF) at the following email address: virginia.perry-aldri@navy.mil THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
