Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO NURSING CONSORTIUM OF S. FL INC NAICS code 511210 Software Publishers The Miami Veterans Affair Medical Center intends to award a sole source contract to current contractor Nursing Consortium of S FL Inc, for a centralized clinical placement system. This contract will be for one base year with four one year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or quotation which, if received by 10/26/2017 may be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete because of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 11/15/2017.
