Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a sole source purchase order to: Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc. NAVSEA Navy Shipboard Fiber Optic Certification Termination and Test Bundle Course (6000-2250) and NAVSEA Navy Fiber Optic Supervisor QA Course (6000-2900) for Submarine Technical Support Center at Naval Submarine Support Facility in Groton, CT. This purchase will be done under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 31 October 2017. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
