- Description
- This posting constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to acquire Canadian Flight Information Publications to NAV Canada Corporation in accordance with DFARS 225.870-1(c)(3) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(1). The required publications are only available from one Canadian firm. The estimated award amount is $97,003.00. The statutory authority for the sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to acquire the commercial items IAW FAR 13.1 with an applicable NAICS code of 511210 and a standard business size standard of 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or solicitation of offers.
