See Attached See Attached COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMUNICATION COMPONENTS PR#: TBD Solicitation #: M29000-18-R-0002 FSC: 5810 Communications Security Equipment and Components This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued, FAR part 13 procedures are being utilized. Solicitation number M29000-18-R-0002 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS Change Notice DPN 20161222. The proposed acquisition is restricted in business size to Small Business interests. The associated NAICS code is 334290, with an applicable size standard of 750 employees. III Marine Logistics Group, Camp Butler, Okinawa, has a requirement for Communication components in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM). The items shall be delivered to Robertson Barracks, Darwin, Australia NLT Friday, January 12, 2018. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. This RFQ will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). In order be considered technically acceptable, the contractor shall conform to all aspects of the BOM. The Government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of offers submitted. An offer will be considered incomplete and will not be considered for award if technical acceptability cannot be met. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision ; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. This application allows DoD vendors to submit and track invoices and Receipt/Acceptance documents electronically.
