- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for 1 Job Perform Aircraft Service Period Adjustment Inspection (ASPA) on T-39 in accordance with FAR 13. This requirement is sole sourced to SABRELINER CORP, 7733 Forsyth Blvd STE 1500, Saint Louis, MO 63105-1879 due to Sabreliner Corp owns proprietary Engineering Data rights on this D version of the T-39. This aircraft was manufactured specifically for military use. Naval Instruction 4790 is the military maintenance manual for all Naval Aircraft. Aircraft Maintenance function to maintain airworthiness flight status. All parts replaced will meet military standards. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Any firm believing it can provide a Quote for Solicitation N6893618Q0014 the requirement identified above may submit a written response to terryl.mitchell@navy.mil or mailed to NAWCWPNS, Code 254620D, Attn: Terryl Mitchell, 429 East Bowen Road, Mail Stop 4015, China Lake, CA 93555-6108 no later than 5 day from this notice date. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability for the job Perform Aircraft Service Period Adjustment Inspection (ASPA) on T-39 without causing programmatic hardship. Electronic delivery of quotations is preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Contractor must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
