Description
Specifications Attachment A Draft Specifications Draft Solicitation The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is officially conducting market research that will be used to develop the acquisition for the Savannah Inner Harbor Maintenance and Unspecified Dredging Project. This Draft Solicitation is for the Savannah Inner Harbor Maintenance and Unspecified Dredging Project. This acquisition when offered, will be an unrestricted competitive solicitation and will result in a Fixed Price Contract Award. The construction magnitude for this project is between $100,000,000.00 and $250,000,000.00. Participation in the Request for Information (RFI) process is important in that it makes USACE decision-makers aware of the any needed changes within the design and/or solicitation. Data collected will become the property of the USACE, and may be used to update the project design and/or acquisition. Your response is a key factor in the project development. The USACE does not claim or suggest participation in this questionnaire will result in consideration or award of a federal contract. Participation is entirely voluntary and non-participation will not affect the consideration of any company for future federal contracts. Provided at this time are the Solicitation and Specifications. The Drawings will be posted on or about 13 October 2017. Intended Response: The USACE is requesting that all potential offerors review this draft solicitation in its entirety and provide any comments, questions, or suggestions you may have in the development of the design or solicitation. These comments shall be provided to Addison Layfield at addison.g.layfield@usace.army.mil and Bruce Helms at bruce.a.helms@usace.army.mil, no later than 12:00pm Eastern on 26 October 2017. The USACE will review these submissions and may contact you or your firm to further discuss these comments. Discussions will be scheduled as needed, with an anticipated date of 30 October 2017. If you should have any questions in regards to the submission requirements, please contact Addison Layfield at addison.g.layfield@usace.army.mil.
