Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant award will be a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order. Solicitation Number 12046W18Q0002 is being issued by the Mt Hood National Forest as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 212312 and small business size standard of 750 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94 and 95 thru Jan. 19, 2017. Pricing for the CA1 and Type A, CA6 Rock shall include the Rock (tons), Delivery, and unloading. Responses to this solicitation must include all items for a Total Price. STATEMENT OF WORK This procurement request is for the purchase of: •1,100 tons of Type A, CA6 gravel mix •1,300 tons of CA1 gravel mix The gravel is required for trailhead construction by the USFS Enterprise Program Trails Division on the Hidden Springs/Mississippi Bluffs Ranger District of the Shawnee NF. This product must be delivered and unloaded by shipper starting~11/1/2017. Unloading will span several days as crews spread gravel and must be coordinated with engineer on site Chuck Gondeiro.
