Description

SOW Solicitation The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) request procurement of Hygiene Kits according to the list provided in the attached SOW. Request that 500,000 hygiene kits be delivered within 30 days of the date of award and delivered to the Maunabo Warehouse between the hours of 07:00 - 22:00 or Crowley Cross-Dock Facility between the hours of 08:00 - 15:00. The total amount of Hygiene Kits required is 500,000, however pricing is requested for delivery to Maunabo, PR and Jacksonville, FL. The location for and the amount of hygiene kits needed per location will be provided to the successful offeror at contract award. Also, request that vendor options remain open to provide for any future request within the next ninety days.
