Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All qualified candidates must be verified in Vendor Information Pages (VIP) in order to be eligible for award. If you have not conducted business with the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina, you will be required to complete Vendor/Payment Forms to be entered into the local systems in order to be eligible for award.
