- This is an award notice; not a solicitation. Requirement: in response to Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria, the contractor shall provide 500 bilingual (Spanish/English) temporary call agent employees to respond to incoming calls and perform data entry for individuals and businesses seeking disaster assistance. FEMA is not equipped with personnel to handle the sheer number of incoming calls combined with an insufficient number of bilingual call agents. Duties include Registration Intake, Helpline, Indexing, and Pre-Placement Interviews, etc.
