This contract will provide timely, consistent, and coordinated assistance to the Missile Defense Agency field operations in support of worldwide information system capabilities across all programs within the Agency in a broad array of Information Technology (IT) areas. These areas include: Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, and Operations; Knowledge and Information Management (IM); Enterprise Networks and Systems (network and system design); Unified Communications; Enterprise Planning and Customer Portfolio Management; IT Regional Leadership and Customer Support; CIO/Director, Program Control and efficiency-oriented International Engineering services to the Agency. This acquisition is a Small Business set aside in accordance with FAR 52.219-6. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541712 ( Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology) and the Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees. It is anticipated that award will result in a single Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract for a base period of three years and two, one-year options. Award will be made based on the Best Value to the Government. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps Website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals are due 3 Nov, 2017 NLT 2:00 PM CST, delivery should be coordinated with the Procurement Contracting Officer.
