Description

Shadow Ridge Associates Limited Partnership DBA Evergreen Ridge Apartments INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Veterans Health Administration, Hampton, VA intends to award on sole source basis a contract to Shadow Ridge Associates Limited Partnership DBA Evergreen Ridge Apartments Parking Lot to support the Charles George Veterans Affairs Medical Center Asheville NC. The period of performance is 15 Oct 2017 through 14 Oct 2018 with a 4-year option to extend. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 The access parking area closest to Riceville Road for parking and use by VAMC Asheville NC as well as maintain parking lot in a stable manner. As a Sole Source purchase quotes are not being requested. Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 10/6/2017 to warren.peninl@va.gov. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address and telephone number.
