Description

VA250-17-Q-1259 STERRAD Equipment Preventative Maintenance Services Department of Veteran Affairs Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, single award contract for preventative maintenance and required repair services of the existing STERRAD equipment. Solicitation packages will be available on or about October 2, 2017. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions shall be submitted in writing to shasta.britt@va.gov by 2:00 p.m. October 9, 2017. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Quotations are due no later than 3:00 PM (ET) on October 12, 2017 by email or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS Code is 811219, and Size Standard is $20.5 Million. The solicitation will be issued as full and open competition (unrestricted).
