- Description
- The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Gallup Indian Medical Center, Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Insight Technologies for Installation of new Cable TV Coaxial Infrastructure System. Estimated contract award to be $31,387.42. NAICS 238210 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302, Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized to work in conjunction with current equipment. The government believes that Insight Technologies is the only authorized provider capable of providing the Cable TV Coaxial Infrastructure System at a fair and reasonable price. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated equipment/services may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 3:00pm MST on October 9, 2017. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition.
