- Justification of Award The Federal Correctional Institution Aliceville is seeking a contractor that can provide services on (3) 500 ton Chillers / (2) 750 ton Cooling Towers and on a monthly basis provide services on our Siemens Apogee System. The Contractor shall be able to service and manage the listed items below but not exclusive: • Take oil samples for laboratory analysis on each chiller • Replace oil filters • Install new oil filters • Clean cooling towers / clean pump strainers • Review monthly HVAC DDC system operation • Provide software updates to Insight program for the Siemens Apogee Automation system
