Attch 4 - AGILITeE Lab Tour Registration Form Attch 3 - Map to Truman Gate and Bldg 760 Attch 2 - AGILITeE Contents of a Visit Request Attch 1 - AGILITeE Lab Tour Agenda AGILITeE Lab Tour 2017 Announcement Advanced Gas and Illuminator Laser Innovative Technical Effort (AGILITeE) FA9451-17-S-0009 Call 0001 Laboratory Tour 2017 Introduction The Air Force Research Laboratory, Directed Energy Directorate, Laser Division (AFRL/RDL) will host a Laboratory Tour at Kirtland AFB, NM on 19 Oct 2017. The tour will provide a comprehensive summary of the "Advanced Gas and Illuminator Laser Innovative Technical Effort (AGILITeE)" acquisition (FA9451-17-S-0009 Call 0001). The purpose of AGILITeE is to pursue research and development (R&D) of high energy gas lasers and illuminator laser sources to provide technology options to meet current and future warfighter needs. Objective The objective of the tour is to provide a timely update to industry on the mission and vision of the AGILITeE effort. It provides a forum for industry to gain knowledge and insight into the research and development AFRL/RDL is pursuing by providing a thorough and comprehensive presentation of AGILITeE's technical objectives. The tour will include the Lamberson Laser Facility (Bldg. 760) and the Davis Advanced Laser Facility (Bldg 761). Registration To register for the AGILITeE Laboratory Tour and to obtain base entry access the following is required: 1. All interested parties MUST complete the registration form (Attachment 4) and return it via email to the AFRL.RDL.ACQUISITIONMAILBOX@us.af.mil no later than 10 Oct 2017. Interested parties must be U.S. citizens and will not be allowed to bring in any electronics; including, but not limited to: portable computers, cameras, two-way pagers, cellphones, thumb drives, blackberries, wireless transmitters, Wi-Fi devices, tracking devices, etc. No more than two people per firm will be allowed to attend the tour; per firm is further defined as division/subsection of a company. 2. Interested parties must send a visit request via JPAS (SMC Code: KV1MFSCC6). Please submit visit request no later than 10 Oct 2017. Due to the level of classification of this event, all attendees must have a SECRET Clearance in order to attend. Reference Attachment 2, Contents of a Visit Request, for further instructions on obtaining a visit request. Current AFRL contractors are also required to submit a Visit Request in order to verify Security Clearance via JPAS. 3. All interested parties MUST enter through the Truman Gate and arrive at Bldg. 760, Lamberson Facility, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico on 19 Oct 2017 between 8:00 - 8:30 am Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) for check-in. Please do not go to AFRL Visitor Control Center; badges will be provided to you at check-in. Refer to Attachment 3, Map to Truman Gate and Bldg 760. 4. To allow discussions at an appropriate level of detail, all non-Government attendees will be required to be U.S. citizens and to supply a copy of their organization's DD2345, "Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement," no later than 10 Oct 2017 (prior to being confirmed for registration). Details regarding acquiring and submitting a DD 2345 are available on the Defense Logistics Agency/Joint Certificate website http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/Default.aspx. The Joint Certificate Office anticipates providing certification in 30 days or less from receipt of the DD 2345. 5. Interested parties who do not provide all necessary items by 10 Oct 2017 will not be registered for this event.
