Subject: Solicitation for U.S. Personal Service Contractor for Reconstruction Project Manager, GS-13 at USAID/Nepal Disaster Risk Reduction, Reconstruction and Resilience Office; SOLICITATION NUMBER: SOL-367-17-000007 ISSUANCE DATE: September 23, 2017 CLOSING DATE: October 23, 2017 - 5:00 P.M Kathmandu time Dear Prospective Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified U.S. citizens to provide personal services as Reconstruction Project Manager, under a personal services contract, as described in the attached solicitation. Submittals shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified. Send one set of form AID 302-3; resume not exceeding three pages in length, a brief narrative demonstrating how education, experience, and skills address the requirements listed in the solicitation and names and contact details for three references. Incomplete or unsigned applications shall not be considered.
