- RFQ- CLAUSES The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for one (1) Yale ERP030VT Forklift, with 36 volt Ferro charger Model VHT18-7 and one (1) Yale OS030EF Standup Forklift, with 24 volt charger. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333924. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm-fixed price purchase order. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted to Nina.M.Montgomery@usdoj.gov by September 26, 2017, at 10:00am EST. No late submissions will be evaluated. All or none.
