- Annual Support and Upgrade Subscription for iComplaints Intent to Sole Source: Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), Assistant Secretary for Administration (ASA) Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance and Operations (EEOCO) intends to sole source to: Micropact Engineering, INC. 12901 Worldgate Dr Ste 800 Herndon, VA. 20170-6014, Office of the Secretary (OS), Assistant Secretary for Administration (ASA) Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance and Operations (EEOCO). Procurement of annual support and upgrade subscription for iComplaints required by HHS in order to comply with Federal regulations for the tracking on EEO cases. iComplaints is currently used by HHS to track EEO complaints in order to comply with Federal regulations. Procurement of annual support and upgrade subscription for iComplaints required by HHS in order to comply with Federal regulations for the tracking of EEO cases including base and four option years. Annual Support and Upgrade Subscription Includes: iComplaints Annual Support and Upgrade Subscription iComplaints NO FEAR Annual Support and Upgrade Subscription IaaS Cloud Hosting Technical Support M-F 7 am - 8pm (Eastern Time) Regular product upgrades Unscheduled product upgrades iComplaints is proprietary software of Micropact Engineering which was developed specifically to manage the EEP process and generate the Form 462 annual report. iComplaints includes a number of critical features required by government agencies and departments for tracking and managing EEO complaints with EEOC MD-110, EEOC reporting requirements and 29 CFR 1614. Also HHS has invested in PIV authentication for iComplaints to comply with HHS security policy implementing HSPD 12 for AMS integration single sign-on tool compliance. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
