- September 19, 2017 - Questions and Answers Update The purpose of this notification is to change the anticipated date for release of additional responses to questions received in response to RFP N00039-17-R-0002 to September 21, 2017. *********************************************************************** August 28, 2017 - Questions and Answers Update Answers to questions received in response to the RFP N00039-17-R-0002 are being provided. Additional questions and answers with revised attachments will be provided in the next Amendment on or about Sept 6, 2017. Interested parties will be allowed to submit a second round of questions 7 calendar days after the amendment is released. *********************************************************************** August 17, 2017 - RFP Amendment 0002 Attached to this notice is Amendment 0002 to the RFP for the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) Program. This amendment provides an extension of the proposal submission deadline to October 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm (EST). The Government intends to post responses to vendor questions on or about August 28, 2017. The Government has updated the Technical Data Repository to include Amendment 0002 to RFP N00039-17-R-0002. All other terms and conditions remain the same. *********************************************************************** July 20, 2017 - RFP Amendment 0001 Attached to this notice is the first amendment to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the electronic Procurement System (ePS) Program. The revisions in the amendment are administrative in nature and provide minor clarifications only. None of the requirements have substantially changed. None of the revisions warrant an extension to the proposal submission deadline, which remains September 11, 2017. In addition to Amendment 0001, a conformed copy of the RFP is being provided. Further, conformed copies of all amended attachments and exhibits are provided. Finally, the Government has updated the Technical Data Repository to include Amendment 0001 to RFP N00039-17-R-0002. The RFP is being posted as a complete document, and supersedes all previous drafts in their entirety (including attachments). Additionally, many of the applicable documents will be finalized and updated in the Technical Data Repository (TDR) by 4:00PM on July 13, 2017. The ePS TDR can be found at: https://acqu.noblis.org/AccessTDR Proposals are being sought at this time and must be submitted in accordance with Section L of the attached RFP. Proposals are due September 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM EDT. Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted using the attached spreadsheet (ePS_N00039-17-R-0002_Comment_Response_Matrix_07132017.xlsx) to the following e- mail address no later than 2:00 PM EDT on July 27, 2017: terry.coley@navy.mil. Offerors are strongly encouraged to submit questions as soon as possible rather than waiting until the deadline. As time may not permit responses to questions received after this date, the Government may decline to answer questions received after the deadline. The Government will employ its best effort to respond to questions, however, responses are not guaranteed. Questions received after this date will not be considered a reason to extend the proposal submission deadline. Offerors are advised that the Government will make all questions and associated responses available to the public, therefore offerors shall not submit questions that are of a proprietary nature.
