- The Army Contracting Command Command-Redstone Arsenal AL intends to award TA Instruments - Waters L.L.C., on a sole-source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1"Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." for a Dynamic Mechanical Analyzer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; any offers will be considered; however, it is the government's intent to award a sole-source purchase to TA Instruments - Waters L.L.C.
