Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, dated January 19, 2017. Solicitation VA262-17-Q-1783 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award contract. This procurement will be issued under as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code is 541511 and the Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard $27.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can provide MIPACS STORAGE SERVER equipment that at a minimum meets the following salient characteristics with a brand name or equal product for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System: This solicitation contains a brand name justification for the following systems and components: 0001 MP-SS MiPACS Storage Server 1 0002 DIE-SUPP- MiPACS Dental Enterprise - Annual Support 1 0003 MP-ONSITE- MiPACS Onsite Visit 17 0004 DIE-DV - MiPACS Dental Enterprise - Viewers 140 See attached SF 1449 Solicitation for further details. Place of Performance: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLHS), 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles CA 90073 Period of Performance: Within 45-60 days of placing order or sooner if available.
