- Wage Determination Statement of Equivalent Rates SOW CDRL A002 CDRL A001 CLIN Structure Price Sheet Appendix C Tax liability Certification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and all Representations and Certifications must be completed. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 713940 (b) DOLLARS: $7.5 MIL This requirement is for a GROUP EXERCISE CONTRACT MANAGER to provide the expertise needed to operate a well-rounded exercise program for Robins AFB Fitness Center in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Contemplated period of performance includes a base period for one year from 26 OCT 2017 to 25 OCT 2018 and 2, one-year option periods form 26 OCT 2018 to 25 OCT 2020. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier. Quotations should be emailed to Delayna Heisig (delayna.heisig@us.af.mil) no later than 29 SEP 2017, 1200 pm EST. The anticipated award date is OCTOBER 23 2017. Please do not request award status prior to this date. NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitaion, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror any costs.
