- SYNOPSIS Canaan & Beebe Plain LPOE LAN Room The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, North Service Center Branch is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the construction of a secured LAN room within the Canaan (VT State Route 102, Canaan, VT 05903) and Beebe Plain (3136 Beebe Road, Beebe Plain, VT 05823) Land Ports of Entry. Contract will include, but is not limited to, wall construction, demolition of existing Tel - Data communications cabling and the installation of new Tel -Data cabling, relocation of existing equipment racks, painting, mechanical, electrical, flooring and minor security related installations such as sigh security locks and camera installation. The solicitation will be released on or about 10/03/2017, with bids due date on or about 10/24/2017. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for on or about 10/05/2017. The period of performance is estimated to be approximately 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation package will be posted on or about October 3, 2017. The Estimated Cost is between $100,000 and $200,000. This award is 100% reserved for small business.
