Description

This is not a request for quotes | The U.S. Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT intents to award sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for quotes; a solicitation package will not be issued. Currently, under contract HSCG-79-13-D-PTD035, a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract provides the United States Coast Guard (USCG) headquarters, C4IT Service Center and all field units with a source for ordering Coast Guard Standard Workstation (CGSW) equipment. Solutions include: standard workstations/laptops and peripherals, standard servers and peripherals and standard portable storage devices and peripherals. This five year contract is the only purchasing vehicle for USCG to buy designated hardware. The U.S. Coast Guard Academy intends to award a Simplified Acquisition Procedures contract to Iron Bow Technologies for eighty Dell Latitude 5285 210-ALDS preloaded with full version of the latest Coast Guard Standard Workstation (CGSW) and to include Targus Comm grade Dell LAT5285 black. FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All solutions align with Department of Homeland Security Enterprise Architecture Standards and lifecycle management includes refreshment planning and warranty administration.
