- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 339112. The Madison VA Medical Center has a need for brand name only or equal FLO-LAB Physiological Vascular Reporting System 2100 SX2 for use in the provision of diagnostic arterial flow exams. Due to a recent change in network support, all existing equipment must be upgraded to be supported by Windows 10. The current equipment in house is using Windows XP and will no longer be supported.. Specifications/salient characteristics: Parks Medical Flo-Lab 2100SX Brand Name or Equal Base System: Doppler Pencil probes High frequency 8 MHz continuous wave (CW) directional (nominal) Low frequency 4 MHz CW directional (nominal) Dual Channel Pulse Volume Recording (necessary for same time comparison) Pneumoplethysmography Volume Pulse Recording (PVR)- Bilateral pneumoplethysmography (volume pulse recording) Modes: AC coupled (arterial mode pulsations only) DC coupled (venous mode gross volume changes) Photoplethysmography PPG Bilateral photoplethysmography sensors Modes: AC coupled (arterial mode pulsations only) DC coupled (venous mode gross volume changes) Computer Components: Must be supported by Windows 10. Must be interchangeable with current FLO-LAB ancillary equipment such as BP cuffs, bladders, PPG probes, and dopple probes, printer. Must work with current licensure/user agreement with AGFA (imaging storage system) to connect and upload vascular studies. Software must be certified for use with our VISTA system. Cuff Inflator Chart Recorder Must have non-Luer lock SMC fittings. Power Supply: Must be portable Must be 110V AC, 60hz Customer Service/Support: Warranty coverage shall include on-site repairs Warranty coverage shall include product replacement during repairs Vendor shall provide notification to purchasers of manufacturer identified problems All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 339112 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The information requested must be received no later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time on Friday, September 15, 2017.
