Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center located at, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston TX 77030 has a requirement to procure Mobius Software Add-Ons. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priced sole source purchase order to Mobius Medical Systems located at 4615 Southwest Freeway, Suite 330, Houston, TX 77027. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the Business Size Standard is $27.5M. All response received within 3 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 11:00am CST, September 13, 2017. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
