- Request for Quotation. PLEASE REVIEW CLAUSE 52.212-2 AND SUBMIT ALL APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS. Floorplan Photo 3 Photo 2 Photo 1 Statement of Work Question Form 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a brand name or equal commercial supply and service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-17-Q-0105. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127 effective 27 Jan 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 238210, Electrical Contractors and other Wiring Installation Contractors, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 5999, Electrical & Electronic Equipment Components. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $15M. 4. Set-aside: Total Small Business 5. Delivery and all work shall be F.O.B. Destination to: ATTN: Mr. Tony Boob 357 Avenue B, Building 7106 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 60 days after award, 60 days for installation 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 11 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 12 September 2017, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. Deadline for receipt of offers: 13 September 2017, 12:00 P.M (CST). 9. Funds are presently available for this contract. 10.
