Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA250-17-Q-0782 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This is a 100% small business set aside and the associated NAICS code is 561740 and the size standard is $5.5 in millions of dollars. The requirement is for carpet cleaning services. See attached statement of work for description and requirements. Service will be rendered at Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center, OH and shall be FOB destination. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. Evaluation: The Government will select the best overall offer based on price and the offeror ability to meet the requirements specified in this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. Non-conformance with this requirement may result in offeror's quote being determined nonresponsive. will be made using the procedures under FAR 12. Offers will be evaluated on price and other factors. Other factors are Past Performance and References.
