The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 21, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Medtronic, Inc. because we believe they are the sole source provider for Preventative Maintenance and Repair for Medtronic Stealth Navigation Systems. A draft of the statement of work is attached. If you believe that your company is authorized to provide the Preventative Maintenance and Repair for Medtronic Stealth Navigation Systems in accordance with the statement of work, please provide your information to angela.gerlitzki@va.gov by September 15, 2017. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 Million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
