Description

This solicitation is being issued on an urestricted basis to allow for full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitationwhich shall be considered.The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. Items are listed as follows: 1. WOLF Cell Sorter with 488nm laser, Wolf instrument (includes installation/Training/1st yr Warranty. Workstation configured with WOLF Operating software) - 1 EA; 2. 2nd Year Extended Warranty - 1 EA; 3. Add-on 96 Well Pleate device - 1 EA; 4. Wolf Sterile Cartridge - 1 EA.; 5. Shipping Cost Delivery during on-site Intallation - 1 ea. all offers must have a DUN & Bradstreet Number.
