- Follow On Requirements SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS - BRIDGE CONTRACT TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE U.S.ARMY INDIVIDUAL TERRORISM AWARENESS COURSE (INTAC) The purpose of this proposed bridge contract is to maintain continuity while soliciting and awarding a new contract (to be solicited as a single award IDIQ contract on or about 19 September 2017 for a base year and two option years). Under this bridge, estimated to be awarded mid-October, the contractor would host 1 class starting 28 October 2017 running thru 6 November 2017 (with the option for up to 2 more classes only if the SATOC is not awarded by early November 2017) and provide qualified personnel, training facilities, road courses, firearms ranges, firearms, ammunition, classrooms, training vehicles except those identified as Government Furnished Property, training aides and supplies, storage facility for Government furnished vehicles, administrative office space for Government assigned personnel, vehicle maintenance facility, preventive maintenance, repairs and fuel for Government furnished vehicles, fire rescue/ALS facility, helicopter landing area and lesson plans in accordance with the requirements listed in the attached. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS announcement; market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity has been tasked to solicit for and award a bridge contract for INTAC Training including all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, contiguous training facilities and other items and services necessary. This Sources Sought Notice is requesting that interested vendors capable of performing these services WITHIN 100 MILES OF THE PENTAGON submit the following information: • Organization name and CAGE Code • Socioeconomic Status • Statement as to how the track, supplies and services will be available within a short lead time and for a reasonable cost. This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Interested companies shall respond to this sources sought synopsis no later than 3:00 PM ET Thursday, September 14th 2017.
