Description

Notice of Intent for a Sole Source an Award The United States Government intends to award a purchase order to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, soliciting from a single source. The Government intends to solicit and award to Telerent Leasing Corporation (DBA: Telehealth Services) located at 4191 Fayetteville Rd, Raleigh, NC 27603 as only Telehealth Services has the proprietaries capable of providing the TIGR software system maintenance services for the VA Health Care System. This notice of intent is neither a solicitation for proposals/quotes nor an invitation for bids. Furthermore, it does not represent a commitment by the Government to pay for costs incurred in preparation and submission of data or any other costs incurred in response to this announcement. A competitive solicitation will not be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may provide written notification to the Contract Specialist no later than September 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM Central Time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
