*Please see attached for file: S03 Intent to Single Source Motorola Microwave-radio equipment PM. The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Cynergy Professional Systems for preventive maintenance service on Motorola microwave-radio equipment. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from acquiring these services on a competitive basis pursuant to VAAR 819.7007 for the aforementioned requirement. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the action proposed in this announcement.
