- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services, Program Support Center (DHHS-PSC), intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on or around September 15, 2017 to in accordance with FAR 10 USC 2304(c)(1) or 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of Hitachi Annual Maintenance Services. The office of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) has requested maintenance services as annotated in the Hitachi Maintenance Agreement needed to cover the S-3700N 50/60 HZ win7 SEM system located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii and the S3400N system located, at DPAA-Lab Offutt, AFB Nebraska as provided or modified by Hitachi High Technologies for a period of 1 year as set forth in the agreement 7000002803. The proposed Simplified Acquisition action is for services under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number 811219. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals, quotes or other solicitation document; however interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement prior to the closing date of this notice. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address shown below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed simplified acquisition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether it is necessary to use full and open competition for this requirement. No further solicitation is available. Reponses shall be emailed to Joy T. Penno at Joy.Penno@psc.hhs.gov no later than 11:00am EST on September 14, 2017.
