- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (https://www.fbo.gov/) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N39430-17-Q-1990. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-95 and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 511210 and the proposed contract action is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB). Offers from other than WOSB concerns will NOT be considered. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing continued support of the NAVFAC enterprise-wide use. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. The brand name and product number of the product is DataWatch Modeler (Monarch) Windows Client V12.4.1. The product number is MNCH-MNT-CMP and includes the maintenance and renewal of 92 Monarch licenses. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required justification or documentation is attached. Period of performance is 30 Sep 2017 through 29 Sep 2018; Delivery Location is Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, California. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
