- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUTS 6 SEP 2017 Projects are located at the Grand Junction CO VAMC 2121 North Ave Grand Junction Colorado 81501. This will be a 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. This is solicited as a construction project so 40 U.S.C. chapter 31, subchapter IV, Wage Rate Requirements (Construction), formerly known as the Davis-Bacon Act applies Magnitude is less than $30k General Decision Number: CO170035 08/18/2017 CO35 is the current Wage Rayes. NAICS CODE is 238330 Flooring Contractors Size Standard $15M. Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation at the time of contract award. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz at the time of contract award will result in the offeror s Quote being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the aforementioned required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so. There are two separate projects included that will be awarded together but tracked and invoiced separately. Replace Flooring in Primary Care waiting Area (1655 &1656) Work to be completed: Vinyl flooring installed Remove existing carpet. Repair and/or level floor. Install new vinyl flooring. Replace Flooring in Primary Care 21 Exam rooms Work to be completed: Vinyl flooring installed Remove existing VCT tile flooring and Cove base. Repair and/or level floor.
