- SIA 3 RFI Questions Template SIA 3 Request for Information As part of its market research, VaCA is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested vendors with the requisite experience and skill sets required to provide intelligence analysis and analytics supporting professional services. Given the complexity and technical nature of the agency’s programs, a high level of analytical intelligence expertise, tradecraft, and mission area knowledge is important to provision the most accurate and highest quality intelligence support possible. In addition to identifying potential sources, vendor input is sought to clarify commercial industry terminology and approach.
