- N00164-17-R-JM13 - 2M SOLDER TRAINING KITS - FSC 5999 - NAICS 334419 Anticipated Issue Date: 05 OCT 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date: 06 NOV 2017 - 2:00 PM EST (EDT) Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for custom solder training kits to support the Navy Miniature/Microminiature (2M) Electronic Repair Program. This acquisition is under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources IAW FAR 6.2. It is anticipated this solicitation will be set aside for small business concerns. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) firm fixed price, five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Procedures under FAR Part 13.5 will be utilized, as a result of the solicitation that will follow this announcement. Delivery terms are 60 days after contract award and subsequent delivery orders. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. A solicitation and applicable attachments will be made available on the FedBizOpps website. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
