Description

CORNFORMED COPY RFQ Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC (MCRDPI) has a requirement for post-warranty support services for its NetApp Storage Area Network (SAN) devices. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract for a base period of one (1) year and two (2) one year option periods. There are two (2) SANs aboard MCRDPI that are managed and maintained by the G-6, and utilized across the Depot for network storage (serial numbers 700001232606, 700001232618, 700002103125, 700002103137). Services are required to repair and/or replace (if necessary) the SANs aboard MCRDPI. In addition, technical support regarding the MCRDPI maintenance and operation of the SAN devices is required. Contractor Required To Perform all hardware repairs, and assist with troubleshooting technical issues with the two (2) MCRDPI SAN devices. Service includes, but is not limited to, assistance with hardware and software support. This service may also require coordination with other vendors to troubleshoot interactions with their software (i.e. VMWare).
