Description

STATEMENT OF WORK CONTRACT TITLE BANNERS AND TABLECLOTHS FOR VR&E BACKGROUND VR&E service will be replacing the Employment Service banners and tablecloths at all Regional Offices and Central Office locations. The website listed on these items is outdated and is no longer in existence. Replacing the old tablecloths and banners will help all Employment Coordinators in their outreach efforts. The Employment Coordinator regularly attend job fairs, tabling events, workshops, and other events where they are surrounded by other organizations that have tablecloths and banners to draw attention to their tables. It is imperative the VA provide these items so the Employment Coordinators can represent VR&E in a professional manner, while increasing the attractiveness of their table setup. SCOPE Provide 61 banners and 61 tablecloths for VR&E SPECIFIC TASKS Create 61 tablecloths Should be 12 9 The writing section is 88 The font for the Department of Veterans Affairs is 4.5 The lower section font is 2 The emblem is 10 and in full color. In addition to 4.a.i-v, use the following attachments as a guide: TABLECLOTH ATT 1 Text - the text to be placed on the front of the table cloths. TABLECLOTH ATT 2 Dimensions - the dimensions of the tablecloths. TABLECLOTH ATT 3 Picture of previous tablecloth - an example of what the finished product should look like. Keep in mind, this is just an example; follow the guidance provided in the attachments to create the tablecloths for this order. Create 61 banners Should be hard plastic In a retractable case The emblem should be in full color The font should be black on a flag like background (see BANNER ATT 4). Except for the Abraham Lincoln quote; this should be white lettering. The image of two stick figures running (in the upper right hand corner of the banner) should be grey In addition to 4.b.1, using the following attachments as a guide: BANNER ATT1 stands - an example of the type of stand required with the banners. BANNER ATT2 dimensions - the dimensions of the banners. BANNER ATT3 Text - the text to be placed on the banners. BANNER ATT4 Picture of previous banner - an example of what the finished product should look like. Keep in mind, this is just an example; follow the guidance provided in the attachments to create the banners for this order.
